Amy Foley is a Partner Success Manager at Litix, where she supports municipal partners using the Litix Insights CTC collective bargaining analytics platform. Amy brings over 33 years of public sector HR experience from the Town of Concord, MA, where she rose from Personnel Assistant to Human Resources Director over three decades — managing the exact compensation benchmarking, union negotiations, and compliance challenges that Litix was built to address. She also served on the Massachusetts Municipal Human Resources (MMHR) Board of Directors for over 20 years, including as Chair of the Benchmark Committee. Amy is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
