Litix started with a simple frustration: school administrators walking into high-stakes contract negotiations armed with outdated surveys, borrowed spreadsheets, and gut instinct—while the unions across the table had shared data, coordinated strategy, and years of institutional knowledge.

Our founders lived that reality. They spent years leading districts, sitting across bargaining tables, and managing compliance requirements with tools that weren’t built for the job. So they built what they wished they’d had: a platform that gives district leaders the same information advantage that unions have always enjoyed.Today, Litix serves hundreds of school districts and municipalities across multiple states, with a 97% customer retention rate that reflects a simple truth: once leaders see what’s possible with the right data, they don’t go back.
