Michael Mastrullo is the Co-Founder and CEO of Litix, a SaaS platform that provides K-12 school districts and municipalities with collective bargaining analytics and compliance training solutions.

Before founding Litix, Michael spent 15 years in public education as a high school principal at Concord-Carlisle and Groton-Dunstable, where he led budget planning, labor negotiations, and staff development firsthand — experiences that directly shaped the platform he went on to build. His earlier career includes work as a financial analyst and business owner, giving him a rare combination of operational education leadership and business acumen. Michael also played professional baseball with the Cleveland Indians organization.
