Lydia joined Litix as a Product Manager and has grown with the company over four years, advancing through Senior Product Manager before stepping into her current leadership role. Her career began with four years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps as an Aviation Ordnance Technician — an experience that shaped her rigorous approach to data integrity and operational excellence. Lydia holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Northeastern University and completed Harvard's Financial Fluency for Business Leaders program.
