John Boynton is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Litix, drawing on more than two decades of experience building and scaling technology companies. An entrepreneur and investor, he has co-founded several businesses and leads Firehouse Capital, a private investment firm focused on early-stage technology companies and entrepreneurial opportunities. John also serves as Chairman of Nebius Group, a Nasdaq-listed AI infrastructure company, and holds board and advisory roles with a number of high-growth enterprises. Throughout his career he has emphasized strong governance, practical innovation, and long-term value creation, informed by his background in corporate strategy, marketing, and consulting. John is a graduate of Harvard College.
