Justin Rivera is the Vice President of Sales for Litix Academy, where he leads go-to-market strategy and revenue growth for the company's K–12 compliance training platform. Before joining Litix, Justin spent nearly seven years at KnowBe4 — the world's largest security awareness training platform — where he rose from Account Executive to Sales Director, building and leading one of the company's top-performing sales teams. His experience scaling SaaS sales organizations in the compliance and training space translates directly to the mandated training challenges K–12 districts face. Justin holds a degree in Business Administration from the Borough of Manhattan Community College.
