Samantha Ricci is an Account Executive at Litix, where she partners with California school districts to bring data-driven collective bargaining tools into their negotiation process. Before joining Litix, Samantha spent nearly two years as an Account Executive at Swing Education selling into public and charter school districts, presenting directly to Superintendents, CBOs, and HR leaders. She started her career as a first-grade teacher, then served as an assistant principal at STRIVE Preparatory Schools in Denver, where she led a team of 13 educators. That combination of classroom experience, school leadership, and EdTech sales means she understands both the operational challenges her customers face and how to match them with the right solution. Samantha holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education from Relay Graduate School of Education.
